Core Hub requires a free account to browse apps and use the website. Discord sign-in is provided through Supabase. Joining the Core Discord server is optional.
Account information
Supabase stores the account information supplied by Discord, including your account identifier, profile and available email address. The website shows your account details to you. Core’s activity database stores your account identifier and the profile name used for membership and private feedback.
Membership and app activity
We count members who sign in, app download requests and browser-tool opens. Repeat requests for the same app by the same member count once per UTC day. A download request does not tell us whether the file finished downloading or the app was installed. These counts begin with this update; they do not represent earlier downloads.
Other signed-in members can see aggregate member and app counts. Only Core’s owner can view private feedback. We do not record your clips, images, saved locations, pairing files or the work you do inside Core apps as part of these counts.
Feedback and suggestions
Your submissions are stored with your account identifier, selected app, feedback category and time. Feedback is private to Core’s owner. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, pairing files, financial details or sensitive personal information.
Sign-in storage and hosting
This site uses a secure first-party session cookie and browser storage to keep you signed in. Cloudflare hosts the website and activity database; Supabase provides authentication; Discord provides the login identity. Those services may process normal security and network logs under their own policies. There are no advertising trackers in this feature.
Control and questions
You can sign out from your account page. Signing out does not delete previously stored account records, counts or feedback. To request removal of account data or ask a privacy question, send a private request through Core feedback. Deletion requests are handled by the owner; there is not yet an automatic deletion tool.
